Global Services and Professional Scope
Pioneer CMC LLC specializes in biotech development consulting. While we provide expert technical guidance, our services do not constitute medical advice or clinical practice. We make no guarantees regarding specific regulatory approvals (such as FDA or EMA) or the commercial success of any product. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and materials provided to us. All consulting engagements are initiated via a signed proposal. Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are defined in individual statements of work. Payments are generally due within thirty days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing. We maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and relevant legal standards in all operational facets.
Intellectual Property and Liability
All work product developed specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, while Pioneer CMC LLC retains ownership of pre-existing methods and tools. Both parties agree to strict confidentiality regarding non-public information. We may utilize trusted third-party partners to support specific project needs. To the maximum extent permitted in Massachusetts, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We reserve the right to modify these terms.
